is our Director of Public Relations and Marketing. Asif is one
employee of the Enhanced Health Center who lightens up our days;
from patients to staff. Asif knows how to give a good laugh.
His work ethics and desire to enhance our clinic has proven him
an outstanding worker who has used and develop his skill not
only in the clinic but also in our community. He has been assisting
our staff members and has been learning a lot in the field
of acupuncture nursing and physiotherapy. Who knows, he might
be the one treating you in the next year or two!
Dr. Bill Chan D.C.
Chiropractor
Dr. Chan specializes in alternate pain relief techniques and is a chiropractor. He graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1983. He then began touring the East Coast looking at different practices. Dr. Chan commenced practicing in South Burnaby from 1985 until 2003. He needed a change of scenery so he moved to Quesnel (in the BC Northern Interior) for a taste of the Frontiers of
Chiropractic. In the fall of 2006 he moved back to Lower Mainland due to an aging parent. He has a special interest in Acupuncture which has helped him to unplug his sinuses, relieve chronic back pain, recover from a bike accident, and alleviate severe stomach cramps from food poison.
Jill Davies RMT, MCMT
Registered Massage Therapist
Jill is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster, BC. She graduated in August 2005 and wrote the Board exams in September 2005. She has been practicing Massage Therapy ever since. In April 2006 she took a post graduate course in, “Western Sports Massage for the Elite Athlete”. This helps her pursue her goal of working at the 2010 Olympics. Jill joined the Enhanced Health Center team in April 2006 and has enjoyed it ever since. In her practice, she uses a variety of Massage Therapy methods and treatments including: Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Release, Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial, Athletic Treatment, MVA rehabilitation and Joint mobilization.

David Wolynec RMT, MCMT
Director of Health Services / Owner
David is the Director of Health Services / Owner of the Enhanced Health Centre clinic. He graduated from the West Coast College of Massage therapy in 1995. He attended the Kinesiology and Massage Therapy programs at (SFU) Simon Fraser University. He incorporated his athletic background and education in exercises and has combined it with massage therapy to effectively treat injuries. He is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and has been practicing Therapeutic Massage for over 12 years. Staying current in his profession is also important to him and he uses a number of different techniques to treat his clients. These techniques include: Muscle Energy Technique, Muscle Balance and Function, Craniosacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Touch for Health, Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) and STR Soft Tissue Release. When he is not helping our clients, he is very active with his family and martial arts.

He graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1990 receiving the Trevian Gould Memorial Award for excellence in Homeopathic Medicine (Research). Lawrence has been licensed since 1992 as a BC Nauropathic Physician. As a Public Health Nurse, he has 9 years experience in Maternal, Infant and Child Care and 2 years experience as a staff nurse in an acute care psychiatric unit. He has done Allergyl Sensitivity Testing and lab Testing such as salivary and blood tests, hair and urine analysis. His treatment methods involve Herbal remedies, Classical and Complex Homeopathy, Lifestyle, Nutritional and Metabolic Counseling, Acupuncture, Biopuncture and Injection Therapies.

Mario S. Ibarra RTCMP

Registered TCM practitioner
Mario has a degree in medicine, biology, and nursing. He is a licensed medical practitioner (Phil), a BC licensed nurse, a BC licensed Acupuncturist, and a BC trained Traditional Chinese medicine practitioner. He was trained in orthopedic medicine in Taiwan and in Alternative Medicine in Germany. Using Traditional Chinese medicine, he uses a range of traditional medical practices that developed over several thousand years to treat our patients. These practices include herbal medicine, acupuncture, massage and often Qigong. Mario uses Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), a form of Oriental medicine, which includes other traditional East Asian medical systems such as traditional Japanese and Korean medicine as treatment methods. He looks for the signs of disharmony in the external and internal environment of a person in order to understand, treat and prevent illness and disease. As a TCM practitioner, he uses the Theory of Yin-yang, the Five Elements, the human body Meridian system, Zang Fu organ theory, and others in order to effectively diagnose and treat our patients.

Nadia D Zbeetnoff
Kinesiologist

Nadia D Zbeetnoff is a certified personal trainer and kinesiology graduate from Fraser Valley University.
She brings to the Enhanced Health Center an extensive experience in the fitness industry.
Nadia
believes education starts with motivating patient in there own recovery.
She is also heading up our Active Rehab and return to work programs.
Along with her extensive experience in fitness, she is a certified
Pilates instructor.

Tiffani Ramsay O.M.A.
Office Manager

Tiffani is our office manager at the facility. She has an 18-month-old son named Austin.
She went to school at Sprott-Shaw Community College and is a graduate of the MOA program there.
Her favorite part of the job is getting to know the patients on a personal level.
On her
time off she enjoys spending time with the family and going to the
park. She also likes to paint and redecorate the house.

Physiotherapist

Emily received her degree in BS Physical Therapy at the Pines City College, the pioneer in Physical Therapy school in Northern Philippines. She also has a degree in BS Biology from the University of Philippines.
She worked with a notable Physical Medicine doctor and an Orthopedic Surgeon as chief physical therapist at the University of Baguio Sports and Physical Therapy Clinic.
Emily has eight years experience in physical therapy profession
in her home country. She worked as a laser therapist here in Canada
while upgrading her credentials. This experience made her decide
to incorporate Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) in her practice as
a physical therapist. She believes that the combination of LLLT and
other services offered at enhanced health center will have the utmost
outcome in bringing back the lifestyle of patients.

Dr. Maninder Badyal B.Sc., D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Maninder Badyal achieved his Bachelor of Science degree from the University College of the Cariboo in Kamloops, B.C. He was a member of the men’s varsity soccer team during his four years in university where he won a Canadian collegiate national championship with the team. He was also named the scholar athlete of the year for displaying exceptional talent on the field while maintaining a high GPA in the classroom. After finishing his undergraduate degree, Dr. Badyal attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto where he completed the four year Doctor of Chiropractic programme in 2005.
Dr. Badyal stresses the patient’s overall health and wellness when treating them. He takes the patient’s medical history; conducts physical, neurological, and orthopedic examinations and may order a special test such as an x ray to obtain the correct diagnosis. He recognizes that many factors affect health, including exercise, diet, rest, environment, and heredity and may recommend changes in lifestyle to his patients. Dr. Badyal treats people with the use of spinal manipulative therapy, soft tissue therapy, exercises, stretches, modalities such as ultrasound, and various other forms of treatment that are designed specifically for each patient. Dr. Badyal is also certified in advanced gait analysis and prescription orthotic therapy and can provide a professional exam and casting for those patients requiring prescription orthotics. When appropriate and in the best interest of his patients, Dr. Badyal consults with and refers patients to other health practitioners. Dr. Badyal sees a wide diversity of different patients from high performance athletes to geriatric patients and is always welcoming new patients.
